Answer: Yes, the minimum age required to ride our electric bikes or participate in a guided e-bike tour is 16 years old.

Answer: We provide free roadside assistance to the best of our ability. If you experience any issues while out on the trail, just give us a call at 512-480-0200 and our team will help you out.

Answer: Please arrive at our shop 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour start time so we can fit your helmet, adjust your bike, and complete check-in.
